Depending upon 32 bit or 64 bit of your OS , you need to install correct driver first from the following website. You will also need to identify type of camera you have like if it IntraOral Camera USBcam2.0 or USBcam4.0 .

Once you have downloaded then , you will have to install it from the default location. The OS I am using is 64 bit Win7 64 , so you will need to find your OS default directory while installing the software.
